   The fully automatic glue cutting edge single folding machine is customized by our company for medical products. The whole machine uses a fully servo drive system and adopts fully synchronous wheels with synchronous belt transmission to ensure high cutting accuracy and neat folding of folded products. Multi segment double-sided tape cutting with precise maximum speed operation, cutting length within ± 2mm, and bonding position deviation within ± 5mm.

  This model can be glued in whole or in sections, and up to 3 sections of glue can be glued on a single sheet. The position of the 3 sections of glue can be adjusted but cannot overlap, making it suitable for various products such as edge sheets.

  The folding width span is large, and the single machine model can fold products with a width difference of 80cm. The maximum folding width can fold products with a width difference of 220cm.

  This model can also disable the adhesive function and be used as a pure folding device. High folding efficiency, the equipment can ensure cutting accuracy within ± 3mm at a speed of 70 meters per minute, and the design speed can reach over 80 meters per minute.
